The piece of china in this pendant I designed and handmade is from the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy R.R. Pattern: Violets and Daisies. Made by Syracuse China Co., New York. This pattern was first used in 1919 and used through 1970. The pattern shows violet sprays with usually one daisy somewhere in the pattern: Back stamped pieces carry heavy value premium. As a whole piece, the china is high dollar as it is highly collectible. The piece in this pendant is from a piece of broken china.
And what a great looking pendant it is! I mean who doesn’t love beautiful violets! I chose fancy gallery wire to surround the piece of china. Also featured is my high polish technique – nice and shiny!
