Railroad China UPRR - Pendant

$180.00

0111002 pendant UPRR steam engine w lip stmp 7.JPG

The cabochon of a steam engine is actually a piece from broken china from the Union Pacific Railroad China. The pattern is known as the Historical Series. Made by Syracuse China Co., New York. This pattern was used from 1925 to mid 1950's. The plate had one buffalo and one Union Pacific shield and the rest of the plate rim was surrounded by five different pictures mirror imaged. The pictures commemorate the U.P. and the Central Pacific completing the first coast-to-coast U.S. rail system.

The pendant measures 50 mm by 35 mm (2" by 1-1/2") and features some of my handstamped artistry.

Please note: The neckwire is sold separately. If you are interested in one, please let me know.

My hallmark, which stands for “Buffalo-Eagle”, my name, Lita and STERLING is stamped on the back-side of the piece.

Enjoy and thanks for looking! Ships Domestic USA - USPS Priority. Insurance available at buyers’ expense.  Jewelry box included with this purchase along with a card of information about the UPRR china. If this is a gift, please let me know so I can include a gift card.
