These carnelian stones have a different look to them. They look like they have the same technique that one sees on arrowheads – a “knocked” look. It makes them look really rustic and they also have a good feel to them. I chose to wrap the pure silver bezel around the edges and soldered the sterling silver wire, which I made into the ear wire, straight to the bezel.
They are definitely unusual looking and one of a kind.
The earrings are about 20 mm roundish or about ¾”. They are about 35 mm long from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the earring (1-3/8”).
