A beauty indeed!
The stone i selected for this sterling silver ring is from the Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Mine. The Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Mine is located near Globe, Arizona. Although this mine is still in production today, the beautiful stone that I made this ring for was mined and cut in the early seventies. This stone is not color enhanced.
This ring features one of my wide tapered ring shank, which I hand stamped a design around the border. The band tapers from about 1/2" at the top to about 1/4" at the bottom. The ring is a size 7-1/2. I also chose to accent the stone with scallop bezel and bead wire.
This is a beautiful shade of blue Sleeping Beauty Turquoise. It is a pear shape and the face of the ring is 3/4" x 5/8".
How about that TURQUOISE!!!!! Classy & Sassy!
My hallmark, which stands for “Buffalo-Eagle”, my name, Lita and STERLING is stamped on the inside of the band.
